Cancellations

You can cancel your order by informing us at least 2 or more business days before your chosen dispatch or pickup date. For this purpose, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are considered business days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind made within 2 business days of your dispatch or pickup date.

Issues and damage

If your order arrives in a condition that does not meet your expectations, please send an email to sales@bakedgold.com.au with photographic evidence. We will investigate all complaints, and you may be asked to return the product for a refund. Refunds are subject to approval by the manager.

Postage Delays

We do not provide refunds for delays or issues caused by our chosen carrier. By placing an order with us, you accept the risks related to using our selected carrier. If we become aware of any delays, we will strive to inform you either through our website or directly. Our estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days from the dispatch date is not guaranteed.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee delivery of the product. Should the product be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to resend it as it will no longer be fresh. The customer will need to place a new order. We do not offer refunds for orders where incorrect address details are provided.
